Has anyone tried these. I had heard that herbs and such were not really that great for menopause but I have a friend who swears by them.. Has anyone tried them and what were they like for hot flashes?

Hi Bee - I haven't tried Menopace - but I have tried Black Cohosh for flushes and I think it worked okay. Why do you say that herbs ae not that great?? Suzie
